How much does shipping cost?

The rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the item weight and destination using Shopify's preferred shipping rates and partners.

Where do you ship?

INA + ILIA can ship anywhere in the world. If you have any questions, please contact us. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders begin being processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Processing and shipping time do vary depending on the piece. Orders placed after 2 PM Pacific will begin processing on the following business day. Please note: all orders placed during weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Can I check the status of my order online?

Upon purchase, you will receive an email from INA + ILIA confirming that your order has been placed. You will receive another e-mail notification with tracking information when your order has been shipped. 

How will my order be received?

Each INA + ILIA piece is carefully reviewed for quality and hand packaged to ensure that it arrives in the same condition that it left our store.

Where can I see a INA + ILIA piece in person?

We do not currently have any brick and mortar locations.

The piece I want is sold out. When will it be available?

Please use the form provided on the specific product page to submit your email address for notification when the piece becomes available. The availability of each piece varies as all are handmade by different artisans across the world.

What if my product arrives damaged?

INA + ILIA stands 100% behind our products. Each piece is carefully finished and packed to ensure safe transport. We have selected our shipping vendors for their quality of service and care of the product. We encourage you to inspect your items on receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit or you discover any manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on the majority of our products. Please contact us to initiate the return. We offer a full refund on items returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Due to the difficulty of packaging and shipping, INA + ILIA does not pay for return shipping. Please contact us for further information.

Sale Items

All sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.

What is your exchange policy?
