How much does shipping cost?

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $100 within the US. For orders under $100, we offer a 5-10 business day shipping option for $10 or 2-5 business day shipping option for $20 within the US. Shipping costs outside the US are calculated at check out.

Where do you ship?

INA + ILIA can ship to street addresses in the continental US. Because most of our products are shipped via FedEx, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. To inquire about placing an international order, please contact us. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders begin being processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Processing and shipping time do vary depending on the piece. Orders placed after 2 PM Pacific will begin processing on the following business day. Please note: all orders placed during weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Can I check the status of my order online?

Upon purchase, you will receive an email from INA + ILIA confirming that your order has been placed. You will receive another e-mail notification with tracking information when your order has been shipped. 

How will my order be received?

Each INA + ILIA piece is carefully hand packaged to ensure that it arrives in the same condition that it left our store. ORDERS & RETURNS

Where can I see a INA + ILIA piece in person?

We do not currently have any brick and mortar locations.

The piece I want is sold out. When will it be available?

Please use the form provided on the specific product page to submit your email address for notification when the piece becomes available. The availability of each piece varies as all are handmade by different artisans across the world.

What if my product arrives damaged?

INA + ILIA stands 100% behind our products. Each piece is carefully finished and packed to ensure safe transport. We have selected our shipping vendors for their quality of service and care of the product. We encourage you to inspect your items on receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit or you discover any manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on the majority of our products. Please contact us to initiate the return. We offer a full refund on items returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Due to the difficulty of packaging and shipping, INA + ILIA will charge a fee for returning any product. Please contact us for further information.

All sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.

What is your exchange policy?

We accept exchanges on all products. Please contact us to initiate the exchange. All exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receiving your order. Outside of the US: The cost of return shipping and outbound shipping of your replacement product will be charged.
