I don’t know about you, but I’ve been feeling off lately. It could be the cooler weather, shorter days, end of summer, or nearing of the end of the year, but I’ve been feeling tired, energetically low, and just a bit down. Part of this can be attributed to my lack of journaling and meditating on a daily basis. Part of it could be due to my lack of drinking enough water. Regardless, I felt it was time for a fall health reboot. Below are 5 of the items I am in the process of taking to reboot my well being so that I head into winter with a healthy mindset and strong body.
